The Turning Point

Some decisions quietly change everything.
On 2 March 2022, I enrolled in a hyperrealism course by the British artist Kelvin Okafor. At the time, I simply wanted to become a better draftsman. I had no idea that this decision would reshape the way I saw drawing—and my future as an artist.
The course taught me far more than technique. It changed the way I observed light, form, and value, and it introduced a level of discipline and patience that continues to influence every drawing I create today.
Looking back, I can clearly see this moment as a turning point in my artistic journey.
